RCEP provides new opportunities for foreign trade enterprises to export and opens a new door for foreign trade business expansion.
Qingdao Customs has awarded us to become the first batch of approved exporters in the Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone. An approved exporter means that the goods are legally recognized by the customs, and the goods do not need to apply for the certificate of origin to the customs one by one when exporting.
It also refers to the exporter can issue a declaration of origin for the goods it exports or produces that have the qualification of origin under the relevant preferential trade agreement.
The approved exporter system is one of the highlights of the implementation of RCEP, and it is also an important facilitation measure for origin certification.
Xu Yuejing, deputy director of Jiaozhou Customs, introduced that an enterprise that has become an approved exporter does not need to apply for a certificate of origin to the customs one by one when exporting its goods. The enterprise can issue a declaration of origin at any time for export goods to enjoy benefits abroad, the effect is equivalent to the certificate of origin issued by the customs, and the customs clearance efficiency of enterprises will be greatly improved.
Pafic is becoming a high-level customs certified enterprise. After becoming an approved exporter, we can issue RCEP origin declarations ourselves, and we can arrange production and shipments more flexibly, and enjoy relevant tariff reductions. This change also enhances the confidence of enterprises and helps us to further expand RCEP.
